Shipping
Shipping timelines and costs are displayed during the checkout process. Risk of loss for purchased items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Title to the items passes to you upon full payment.
Refund Policy – 14 Days No Reason
You may return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt for any reason. No reason is required for returns made within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. Kuke Technology Limited will provide return instructions. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Refund Processing Time
After Kuke Technology Limited receives your returned item, refund processing and arrival to your account takes at least 14 days. This period begins on the date the returned item is delivered to the warehouse of Kuke Technology Limited. The refund amount equals the purchase price of the returned item. Original shipping charges are not refunded. The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kuke Technology Limited does not control PayPal’s internal processing times.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. To submit a claim, contact [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the damage or defect. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt are not accepted. Kuke Technology Limited will determine the appropriate remedy for valid claims. Approved claims will result in a replacement or refund at the discretion of Kuke Technology Limited.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Limitation of Liability
The total liability of Kuke Technology Limited for any claim arising from these terms or your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Kuke Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
